The location is really great and i loved being so close to many attractions. the staff members were amazing. They were approachable and helpful at all times. i especially appreciated the room upgrade. It included a free standing shower, just as i requested. the room had a view at the front and it was beautiful.

the breakfast had everything i needed, from delicious breads to a selection of jams and fresh fruits. each breakfast item was replenished regularly, ensuring a consistent supply for all guests. the staff was very attentive in the breakfast area, providing prompt and friendly service.

the room was recently renovated, with updated decor and a comfortable bed. it had ample space to move around freely and contained a huge armoire to hang clothing. the room also had double windows and a balcony overlooking the city.

the staff was very helpful and attentive .
the room's temperature control was inadequate, even after i reported it (it never really got fixed). i found it difficult to sleep comfortably as a result of the warmth, a disappointing aspect.
