The location is really great and i loved being so close to many attractions. the staff members were amazing. They were approachable and helpful at all times. i especially appreciated the room upgrade. It included a free standing shower, just as i requested. the room had a view at the front and it was beautiful.
the elevators were small, so i used the stairs most of the time to avoid waiting.

the breakfast had everything i needed, from delicious breads to a selection of jams and fresh fruits. each breakfast item was replenished regularly, ensuring a consistent supply for all guests. the staff was very attentive in the breakfast area, providing prompt and friendly service.

the room was recently renovated, with updated decor and a comfortable bed. it had ample space to move around freely and contained a huge armoire to hang clothing. the room also had double windows and a balcony overlooking the city.

the location offers easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. the hotel is also near public transportation, including a metro station less than 100 meters away. the eiffel tower and the louvre are easily visible from the hotel.

Each staff member was helpful and ready to assist with any request. they helped with directions, reservations, and any other assistance i required. their customer service was overall excellent and very attentive to details.

espresso machine convenient kettle amazing location helpful staff
my room featured an espresso machine and a kettle, providing nice conveniences. the location was very nice , right next to the tuileries garden. the staff members were cute and always available to assist with directions and suggestions.
the elevators were quite small , requiring a bit of patience during peak times.

the staff was very helpful and attentive .
the room's temperature control was inadequate, even after i reported it (it never really got fixed). i found it difficult to sleep comfortably as a result of the warmth, a disappointing aspect.
